Every ASFAN virtual reality deployment is built on hardware we select, test, and support ourselves — from the headset on a trainee's head to the sandbox table in the room. VR Headset

The VR headset is the core of every ASFAN training experience. We supply both standalone headsets (self-contained, no PC required, ideal for classrooms and field deployments) and PC-powered headsets (tethered to a workstation for the highest visual fidelity, used in engineering, medical, and high-detail simulation content).

Every headset we deploy is matched to the training scenario: wide field of view and high refresh rates for fast-paced procedural training, precise inside-out or outside-in tracking for fine motor tasks, and rugged, easy-to-clean housings for multi-user labs and vocational centers.

MR Stylus

The MR stylus is a tracked, pen-shaped input device that gives trainees natural, fine-grained control inside mixed reality scenes — writing, marking, dissecting, measuring, and annotating 3D objects with the same precision as a real pen or scalpel.

It pairs with our medical, engineering, and design training modules where controller buttons alone are too imprecise, giving instructors a way to grade fine motor accuracy and giving trainees haptic-style feedback through on-tip pressure sensing.

Interactive Screens

Our interactive touch screens turn any classroom, showroom, or lobby into a hands-on VR entry point. Visitors and trainees browse 3D models, launch guided lessons, and control shared VR sessions directly from a large-format touch display — no headset required to get started.

Interactive screens are commonly paired with our VR headset stations as an orientation step, and are used stand-alone in museums, exhibitions, and corporate showrooms as an always-on content kiosk.

AR SandBox

The AR sandbox projects a live, color-coded topographic map and water-flow simulation directly onto real sand, updating in real time as trainees reshape the terrain by hand. A depth camera reads the sand's contours while a ceiling-mounted projector overlays elevation, contour lines, and simulated rainfall or flooding.

It is one of our most requested devices for geography, earth science, hydrology, and civil engineering programs, letting students physically build watersheds, dams, and terrain models and see the environmental consequences instantly.

Machines Simulation

Our machine and vehicle simulators combine a physical cockpit or control panel — steering wheel, pedals, control levers, or a full driver's seat — with a matching VR scene, so trainees feel the same switches and resistance they would on the real equipment.

We build simulator rigs for forklifts, cranes, tractors, heavy vehicles, and industrial control panels, allowing institutions to run repeated, incident-free practice on equipment that is otherwise too expensive, too dangerous, or too limited in availability to train on directly.

Hologram Displays

ASFAN's hologram displays render free-floating 3D visuals — anatomical models, product prototypes, machinery, or mascots — that appear to hover in open air, visible from multiple angles without any headset or glasses.

We supply hologram fans, transparent LED/OLED holographic screens, and enclosed 3D holographic display cases in several sizes, used for medical anatomy walkthroughs, product launches, exhibitions, and lobby installations that need a striking, screen-free centerpiece.

Beyond training, ASFAN designs turnkey VR gaming stations for entertainment centers, malls, cafes, and corporate events — multiplayer arenas, racing and flight rigs, and free-roam zones built on the same enterprise-grade headsets and tracking we use in our training deployments.

3D Screens

For groups too large to fit into individual headsets, our 3D screens deliver stereoscopic depth on a shared display — glasses-based active/passive 3D monitors and projection walls, or autostereoscopic (glasses-free) panels for short walk-up viewing.

3D screens are widely used in lecture halls, briefing rooms, and showrooms where an instructor needs to present a 3D model to an entire audience at once, complementing our individual headset stations rather than replacing them.

VR Motion Treadmill – KAT Walk C2 Plus

KAT Walk C2 Plus VR omnidirectional motion treadmill

The KAT Walk C2 Plus is an omnidirectional VR motion treadmill that lets trainees physically walk, run, crouch, and turn to move through a virtual scene — instead of using a joystick or teleporting. We've added it to our hardware lineup for full-body locomotion training: emergency evacuation drills, security and law-enforcement scenario walkthroughs, warehouse and facility navigation, and rehabilitation programs that benefit from natural gait movement.

Its low-friction curved deck and dual foot + direction sensors track each step with under 10ms latency and 360° coverage, while a quieter, shock-absorbing platform keeps noise and vibration low enough for shared training rooms. The compact, moveable base (about 1.2 m² footprint) means it can be installed in existing VR labs without a dedicated room.

VR Headset Sanitizing & Charging Cabinet

Shared VR labs need a fast, hygienic way to reset headsets between trainees. Our sanitizing and charging cabinets use UV-C light to disinfect foam facial interfaces and lenses while simultaneously charging every headset in the fleet, so a full classroom set is clean and ready before the next session.

Cabinets are sized for 8–16 headset fleets and are a standard part of our multi-seat VR lab packages for schools, universities, and hospitals running back-to-back sessions.

Immersive Room

Our immersive room (CAVE-style) installations project a virtual environment across multiple walls — and sometimes the floor — of a physical room, surrounding a group of trainees at once without any headset. Sensors track movement so the perspective updates correctly for the lead viewer as they walk through the space.

Immersive rooms are ideal for group briefings, architectural walkthroughs, safety orientation, and any scenario where several people need to experience the same environment together and discuss it in real time, face to face.
