Trainees prepare the service route along the wall, cut and fit the copper pipe sections and angle pieces, and place them through the wall openings in the indicated positions.

Service Route
The route for pipes and cables is set out along the wall and corners.
- Follow the marked route on the wall.
- Keep the route straight and accessible.
- Check the route against the building layout.
Cutting & Fitting Pipes
Copper pipes are prepared on the work table before installation.
- Cut the pipes to length with the pipe cutter.
- Fit the angle pipes at each corner.
- Use the brazing station where joints are needed.
Placing the Pipes
Each prepared section is placed in its indicated location.
- Grab the angle pipe and place it at the marked point.
- Pass the pipes through the wall opening.
- Inspect the finished route before connection.
