Level Control Measurement Module

Description. Level Control delivers virtual training experience with the measurements and control of liquid level. Students raise and lower water to preset.
This module consists of a process tank with a miniature pump, level sensor for 2 levels, a power supply, etc., To establish a ON/OFF control for the level of water. Circuitry is provided for stand alone operation or through a 8255 port of a Microprocessor kit.


Specification:

■ A transparent tank of height 150mm with adjustable electrodes to vary the high level and low level.
■ A pump with tank for water circulation.
■ Water level can be monitored under software control/automatic mode.
■ One power relay 230V/6Amp for pump ON/OFF control.
■ Miniature connectors are provided to operate as stand alone controller or through software under a Microprocessor trainer.
■ Built in power supply.

Features:

■ It is a miniature version and occupies less space.
■ A RF capacitance Level Transmitter is used to sense the tank level.
■ An Industrial standard electro pneumatic converter is used to control the control valve.
■ A Pneumatic control valve is used to control the Level of the tank.
■ A Process tank of 3 liter capacity with graduated level scale.
■ A Rust proof reservoir tank (SS) capacity of 8 liters.
■ A centrifugal pump is provided for water circulation.
■ An air Regulator cum filter of capacity (0-2.1) Bar is provided to regulate the Air pressure.
■ Bypass line provision is provided to avoid pump over loading.
■ Hand valve provision is provided to make the disturbance study.
■ All the water flow lines are fitted by SS pipes.
■ USB/Serial port data acquisition is provided.
